Natsumi is one of the main female protagonists from Summon Night, being the other one Aya.
Background[]
Natsumi is a normal high school student. While returning home from school, she hears a voice in her head that said: "Please save this world..." and is then summoned into Lyndbaum. She appears in a crater near Seijent where a massacre had recently taken place. After entering Seijent, she wanders into the South Slums and fights with Gazel and Edos, who try to mug her. After the fight, she finds herself staying with them at the Flat Gang's hideout.

Natsumi is always positive about things. In high school, she was in the Volleyball Club.
She doesn't worry too much about the future. For her, it doesn't matter what fate awaits for her, she must always live the way she wants, always doing what she likes.
Involvement[]
Natsumi starts very confuse and insecure about his situation, but she gradually comes to comprehend and love Lyndbaum. She later discovers that she was summoned in a bizarre ritual to call the Demon Lord from Sapureth. The ritual ended incomplete, but she got half of the fiend’s power in her own body. Later in the game, she becomes the Linker (a.k.a. King of Elgo), and uses her new found powers to end all conflicts in Seijent.

- If Natsumi is the main character, Cassis cannot be your partner.
- Natsumi can have a "love" ending if you choose to spend time with either Sol or Kir in the roof scene.
- Natsumi is often depicted as being one of Aya's best friends.
- Despite Natsumi's friendship with Aya, it is also depicted in fanworks that she is jealous that Aya is more 'mature' than she is.
- In the bust-poll for female protagonists, she is ranked as being number 4 from last. After Toris and before Aera.
- Natsumi appears in Summon Night: Swordcraft Story as a side character and is surprised when she is told that you can eat curry on Wystern.
- In the Summon Night tarot collection, Natsumi and the other protagonists represent "The Magician" card.
